SAT写作究竟要分析些什么-Evidence（1）

对于各位身经百战的雅思托福童鞋来说，SAT这种分析文写作实在是让人迷茫，难以下手。接下来，我们将会细分成几个部分，从evidence，reasoning，以及stylistic or persuasive elements几个方面来进行分析。

要想写得符合要求，当然得细读要求：

这个prompt要求考生从3个方面进行论证

我们先来了解一下，对于这3个方面，我们具体是要做些什么分析？

step 1: identity

step 2: quote, paraphrase, summarize

step 3: analyze

identify

简单的识别出来该部分内容使用了什么证据支撑，是example，statistics或者其他的？

The author uses/adopts/utilizes/employs xxx to support/back up/buttress/emphasize his argument that xxx.

quote, paraphrase, summarize

quote – 原文信息较为简洁，保留原文语言风格

paraphrase – 原文信息繁杂，用自己语言整理

summarize – 原文信息冗长，进行适当简化总结

总之，就是让考官知道你分析的是针对文本哪部分的内容就可以。

By drawing his audiences with a person encounter, the writer evokes the wonder of the night sky. He encourages those with similar experience to recall the beauty of the nature, and those who are not fortunate enough to witness such wonder to imagine and anticipate such experience, offering a baseline of his argument.
