Transcript:
Official transcripts of all tertiary-level studies. Official transcripts should be sent to the Programme Office directly from the University in sealed envelope. CUHK students (Bachelor’s or higher degrees) are allowed to submit photocopies of their transcripts.
Personal Statement:
A written statement of purpose in English (1-2 pages).
Recommendation Letter:
Confidential recommendations from 2 referees if the referees opt to submit the hardcopy instead of submission via online system
Other Documents:
Copies of degree certificates or any other qualifications; A copy of HKID card or any other identity documents
